Data deletion
You can have your data deleted. This page says exactly how, what disappears, and what we cannot reach on your behalf.
How to ask.
Email info@suprsocial.media with the subject Data deletion request, from the email address you registered with, or telling us the email and phone number you used. That is all we need — no form and no account.
What happens then
- We confirm we received it, normally within two business days.
- We delete your data within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
- We write back to tell you it is done.
We only ask you to confirm the request if we cannot match it to a registration, so that nobody can delete someone else’s data.
What gets deleted
| Where | What goes |
|---|---|
| Our registration store | Your name, email, phone, budget answer, time of registration and IP |
| ActiveCampaign | Your contact record and its custom fields, so the emails stop |
| Our internal spreadsheet | Your row |
| Meta custom audiences | We stop including you, so the hashed entry drops out as the audience refreshes |
What we cannot delete for you, and what to do instead
- What Meta holds about you. Events already sent to Meta sit in their systems under their policies. Manage that in your Meta account settings, under Your activity off Meta technologies, which lets you disconnect and clear it.
- Emails already delivered. We can stop sending, but we cannot reach into a message that is already in your inbox. Delete it from there.
- The WhatsApp group. Leaving removes you from it, but other members may still have earlier messages. WhatsApp is operated by Meta.
- Records we have to keep. If we are legally required to retain something, we keep only that and tell you what it is.
Only want the emails to stop?
You do not need to write to us. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and one click is enough. That leaves your registration in place in case you still want to attend.
