Terms and conditions
These terms cover the free live class and this website. By registering you accept them.
The class is free and live, there is no recording, the gifts are handed out at the end, you may be offered a paid program afterwards, and nothing here is a promise that you will make money.
What you are signing up for
- A free online class on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time.
- It runs about two hours and it is live only. We do not publish a replay, so if you miss it, you miss it.
- The link to join is shared in the WhatsApp group, not by email. Joining that group is the practical way to attend.
- Three resources are given out at the end of the class, to people who are there.
We may change the date, time or format, or cancel. If we do, we will say so in the group and by email.
No earnings promise
This is the part we want to be unambiguous about.
- Nothing in the class, on this site, in our ads or in our emails is a guarantee, projection or promise of income.
- Any result we mention, from Marco or from anyone who has worked with us, is that person’s result. It is not typical and it is not what you should expect.
- Building a YouTube channel takes time, work and money, and it can lose money. Most people who start one do not reach a meaningful income.
- What you do with the information is your decision and your responsibility. We are not liable for business or financial decisions you make after the class.
We are not giving you financial, investment, tax or legal advice. If you need that, talk to someone licensed to give it.
Conduct in the group and the class
We may remove anyone from the WhatsApp group or the class, without notice, for spamming, promoting other offers, harassment, or sharing the class link or materials outside the group.
The materials are ours
The class, the slides, the resources and the content of this site belong to us. You may use them for yourself. You may not record, republish, resell or redistribute them.
Being offered the paid program
At and after the class we may invite you to a call about a paid program. That is an offer, not a condition. The class is free whether or not you take it, and anything you buy later is governed by the terms of that purchase.
No affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms Inc., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google or YouTube. Those names are used only to describe what the class is about and the tools we use to run it.
Liability
We provide the class as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost opportunity connected to the class or this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
What we do with your data is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
